Platform Account

Your Platform Account is a special BlueSnap account that helps you manage and review your merchant accounts. From your Platform Account, you can access the BlueSnap Merchant Portal for each merchant account, depending on your chargeback management and reporting choices.

Go to Settings > Access Multiple Accounts to view your merchant list and access their account. This provides quick access to transaction activity and merchant-level reporting. In addition, you can manage merchant-level configurations such as payment methods and API credentials.

For chargebacks, your merchants have direct access to their chargeback disputes portal so they can manage chargebacks themselves. If requested, your Platform Account can have single sign-on access to the chargeback portal for your entire portfolio.

User Accounts

BlueSnap provides your merchants user management tools so they can have complete control over creating and managing user accounts. In addition, your platform can use BlueSnap’s User Management API to design custom workflows that create and manage your users.
