BlueSnap Dash™ gives your merchants direct access to BlueSnap resources, including access to our Merchant Portal. The following sections describe the onboarding process after you implement one of our merchant applications .
Webhook Requirements
Regardless of which application solution you choose, you must configure a server to receive webhooks after you submit the merchant application. BlueSnap communicates all application status updates and next steps through webhooks.
For implementation details, see Webhooks.
Document Requests
When BlueSnap receives a merchant application, our underwriting team must complete a comprehensive review process to prevent financial crimes. Our team might request additional documentation from your merchant to complete the process.
BlueSnap communicates directly with your merchant to complete document requests. Our underwriting team sends an email that details the necessary documents.
For comprehensive instructions, see Document Requests.
API Credentials
After your merchant is approved for processing and you receive the merchant ID (MID) in a webhook, you can use our API to create the merchant's API credentials and begin processing.
For implementation details, see API Credentials.
