Conditional fields
The "Conditional" fields are only sent when you have integrated to the token provider (e.g. Apple Pay, Google Pay) directly and received the DPAN, ECI and cryptogram information.

`cardLastFourDigits`	string	Required	Last four digits of card used for purchase.
`cardType`	string	Required	Card type used for purchase (e.g. American Express, Mastercard, Visa).
`cardSubType`	string	Required	Type of card used for purchase (e.g. credit, debit).
`dpan`	string	Conditional	DPAN (token) number received from the wallet provider (e.g. 4123459999990001).
`cryptogram`	string	Conditional	Cryptogram received from the wallet provider which is unique to each transaction.
`eciIndicator`	string	Conditional	Electronic Commerce Indicator (ECI, e.g. 05, 02).
`walletTransactionId`	string	Optional	Wallet Transaction ID used for Click to Pay only.
`dpanBin`	string	Conditional	DPAN (token) Bank Identification Number (BIN, e.g. 412345).
`dpanExpirationMonth`	string	Conditional	DPAN (token) expiration month (i.e. 01-12).
`dpanExpirationYear`	string	Conditional	DPAN (token) expiration year (e.g. 2029).
`dpanLastFourDigits`	string	Conditional	DPAN (token) last four digits.
