Vaulted Shopper Errors

The following error can be returned in response to a Vaulted Shopper request.

In addition, Card transaction errors or Alt transaction errors can be returned, depending on whether you are including credit card or ACH/ECP account information in the vaulted shopper.

Code	Name	Description
10001	VALIDATION_GENERAL_FAILURE	Produced by one of the following errors: The payment method you are trying to delete is associated to at least 1 active subscription. The payment method you are trying to delete is associated with at least 1 payment that is pending approval.
14110	DELETE_SHOPPER_VALIDATION_FAILURE	Produced by one of the following errors: Shopper has made purchases in the past 12 months Shopper has pending SEPA or ECP payment that has not yet been approved/rejected Shopper has active subscriptions. Active subscriptions must be canceled before attempting to delete.
20030	MISSING_VAULTED_SHOPPER_FIELDS	ECP shopper must include a zip/phone element.
20031	MISSING_RELEVANT_METHOD_FOR_SHOPPER	Produced by one of the following errors: No payment method associated with shopper Vaulted shopper has a payment method, but the merchant specified another payment method that does not exist for this shopper
